How long does delivery take?
Our dispatch times are made up of two sections as follows:

Processing time: 3–5 working days processing time (order confirmation, customization, quality inspection, packing)

Delivery time: 8–12 days delivery time (this is affected by the place of delivery; the time includes the period from our international shipping house to your door)

Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
Orders can be canceled or modified only within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has been submitted, it is automatically queued for processing, quality inspection, and packing. After the first 12 hours, the order may already be in preparation or shipment, and we are no longer able to cancel, modify, or make changes to the order, including address updates or item changes.
Please ensure that all order details (items, sizes, shipping address, and contact information) are correct before completing your purchase.
If you need to request a cancellation or modification, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist while the order is still eligible.
